Every Performer Pro guitar is constructed in solid mahogany and this bass guitar is no exception. With its dense and durable nature, mahogany offers a balanced and warm sound that enhances the guitar’s overall resonance. Mahogany inherent strength and stability provide excellent sustain and clarity.
This bass is unique in that it is also a wider string-spacing (18mm) for ease of playing that also enables finger and slap style playing. Wider string spacing is a feature of pro grade 6 string basses, such as the RB6.

The Corona-6SF is a passive soapbar type humbucker pickup that has deep and rich lows and hits a punch in the midrange, it features waxed and shielded coils which results in maximum noise reduction you can get from a pickup. The Corona-6SF is equipped with 4 conductor wires, heavy formvar copper wire, ceramic bar type magnets and a 95mm magnetic field.
3 Band Active PreAmp
The RB series basses come installed with a 3 band active preamp powered by a 9V battery giving you additional headroom and tone shaping capabilities. The control knobs let you set the High, Mid and Low frequency bands to extract the most out of the pickups and give you limitless tonal possibilities.
